We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and proven Integrated Marketing Supervisor to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As the Integrated Marketing Supervisor, you will have the unique opportunity to develop strategic and tactical integrated vertical marketing plans that will support the growth of our vertical businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic integrated marketing plans for specific industries, in line with our company's goals. Your creativity and precise implementation will be instrumental in the achievement of our marketing campaigns, elevating our brand's reputation.
  • Consolidate and align with our strategic marketing and Division marketing teams, particularly in relation to activation activities such as integrated campaigns and demand generation. Collaboration and teamwork will be crucial to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and deliver world-class marketing strategies for vertical marketing integrated campaigns and marketing projects. Your commitment to excellence will guarantee the exceptional execution of our campaigns and drive exceptional outcomes.
  • Create and maintain content assets based on the vertical marketing plan and campaign needs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a vital role in developing engaging and impactful content.
  • Strategize and implement all communications and media buying initiatives across various channels, including online, offline, and social media. Your mastery of media planning and buying will enable us to effectively and efficiently engage our desired audience.
  • Work closely with colleagues from different teams to ensure the effective execution of our marketing strategy, backed by investments in promotions and advertising. Your capacity to work both independently and as part of a team will play a vital role in implementing our marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics for continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will help us determine the best course of action to achieve our marketing goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets for specific industries, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact and results. Your ability to handle finances and think strategically will be crucial in optimizing our resource management.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years' work experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
  • Demonstrated track record in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate to effective implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality output.
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong communication abilities with important individuals involved in the project and the ability to handle relationships with both internal and external clients at a senior level.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional skills in teamwork and leadership, proficient in collaborating with colleagues or working autonomously to achieve project goals.
  • High energy, proactive work style, and flexibility in approach to changing work.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
