Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Integrated Marketing Manager for Academia and Industrial to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical coordinated vertical marketing plans to support vertical business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic coordinated marketing plans for vertical markets, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Consolidate and align with strategic marketing and Division marketing teams, particularly in relation to activation activities such as coordinated campaigns and demand generation.
  • Plan and deliver outstanding marketing execution for vertical marketing coordinated campaigns and marketing projects.
  • Develop and manage content assets in accordance with the vertical marketing plan and campaign requirements.
  • Plan and complete all communications and media buying actions on various channels, including online, offline, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure key marketing activities are completed in accordance with the marketing strategy and are supported by investments in promotions and advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Build and oversee marketing budgets for specific industries, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum value and return on investment.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 10 years+ of work experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
  • Proven experience in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns that incorporate multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate to effective implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering the highest-quality output.
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with collaborators and the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external clients at senior levels.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively and independently, bringing others on board to accomplish projects.
  • High energy, proactive work style, and flexibility in approach to changing work.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
