Job Title: Integrated digital marketing supervisor

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact on a company's brand image and value?! We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an integrated marketing supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our company's overall vision and product positioning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design brand campaigns: Design and implement impactful marketing and communication campaigns that optimally communicate the value of Thermo Fisher brand and products/services. This may involve creating o content, organizing events, and collaborating with internal and external collaborators. Outstanding writing skills are required for crafting relevant content.
  • Optimize Digital marketing: Collaborate with website team, digital marketing channels and business departments to regularly identify and highlight key points related to the company's brand, business innovation, and products, to improve customer engagement and loyalty, and differentiate us from the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standard methodologies and emerging trends, continuously seeking opportunities to elevate our brand presence and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze/optimize campaign return: Use tools, data analysis, and personal industry knowledge to quick understand business, and provide valuable insights for business improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master 's degree in marketing, communication, advertising
  • At least 5 years working experience in market brand project management, with excellent execution, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent writing skills and graphic design abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly creative attitude, able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Consistent record of successfully developing and implementing marketing plans.
  • Self-motivated, rapid learning and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
