Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a self-motivated and attentive team player to serve as a TeleSales Representative, who will drive opportunities in the assigned sales region. TeleSales is responsible for prospecting, opportunity development and closing sales from the office.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the sales of company's products within an assigned geographic territory or within an assigned group of accounts.
• Achieves sales budget by maintaining existing level of sales, as well as growing sales of existing and new accounts within the defined territory via phone calls to customers.

• Identifies, explores and closes new business opportunities via sales calls, emails, WeChat and customer referrals. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Monitors and updates revenue opportunities to completion.
• Successfully implement and execute sales strategies and tactics that will require both individual efforts, as well as coordinated efforts with the Field Sales and management team.
• Provides timely communication and follow-up to customers; consistently meets the customer's expectations.
• Demonstrates ability to implement effective selling techniques utilized by the organization primarily by phone and email. Creates and executes questioning strategies designed to advance objectives of call, value proposition and closing statements.
• Updates and maintains the customer relationship management (CRM) software tool to ensure full transparency of customer information and potential opportunities across the organization.
• Analyzes and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, and forecasting. Identifies areas for likely sales growth and executes plan to achieve it.
Education, Experience, and Competencies:
• BS, MS in biology, chemistry or materials science related disciplines.
• 2 years selling experience or lab bench experience in related area preferred.
• Strong communication skills desired.
• Sales analysis and business planning skills.
