Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate continuous process improvement activities to ensure flawless operations.
  • Support in the administrative and financial registration of suppliers to maintain accurate records. ( Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) )
  • Request quotes and make purchases of supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Track expenses to ensure budget adherence and financial accuracy.
  • Carry out all activities efficiently and safely, adhering strictly to company protocols.
  • Coordinate and handle the import and export processes of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain close communication with customs agents, carriers, and other parties involved in foreign trade operations to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Monitor and control processes, ensuring compliance with dates and the accurate documentation required by the company's quality systems.
  • Ensure the accurate classification of materials and products, in accordance with customs legislation to avoid delays and fines.
  • Preparation of reports required by customers and/or the company to support decision-making and transparency.

Job Requirements

  • English 80%
  • Proven experience in import and export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Customs Broker experience is desirable
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of customs legislation and compliance requirements. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Ability to successfully implement process improvements and track performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external collaborators.
  • Ability to work independently and determine priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial competence to effectively track budgets and expenses.
