Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate continuous process improvement activities to ensure flawless operations.
- Support in the administrative and financial registration of suppliers to maintain accurate records. ( Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) )
- Request quotes and make purchases of supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Track expenses to ensure budget adherence and financial accuracy.
- Carry out all activities efficiently and safely, adhering strictly to company protocols.
- Coordinate and handle the import and export processes of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain close communication with customs agents, carriers, and other parties involved in foreign trade operations to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Monitor and control processes, ensuring compliance with dates and the accurate documentation required by the company's quality systems.
- Ensure the accurate classification of materials and products, in accordance with customs legislation to avoid delays and fines.
- Preparation of reports required by customers and/or the company to support decision-making and transparency.

Job Requirements
- English 80%
- Proven experience in import and export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Customs Broker experience is desirable
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of customs legislation and compliance requirements. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Ability to successfully implement process improvements and track performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external collaborators.
- Ability to work independently and determine priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial competence to effectively track budgets and expenses.
