Job Summary
This role is accountable of coordination, deployment, and implementation of assigned projects/programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners, COEs and Colleague Service team to develop and assure implementation of objectives, actions plans, and its execution in China.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive the standardization, optimization, and simplification of HR processes and capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR standardization initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and external intelligence, including talent market insights and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
- Participate in and coordinate HR projects, such as employee engagement, digitalization, and optimization initiatives, utilizing the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on PPI tools and techniques.
- Monitor the progress of initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with previous related human resources experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity.
