Job Description

We're seeking an HR Manager who demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a forward-thinking approach.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

  • You'll be more than an HR manager-you'll be a change agent
  • You'll be tasked with aligning HR processes with our strategic goals, acting as the first point of contact for our leaders, and implementing various HR programs
  • You'll also collaborate with HR Business Partners worldwide and management to implement organizational structures and processes in line with our strategic objectives.
  • You'll be encouraged to handle everything from employee relations and performance management to compensation mentorship and talent programs.
  • As a member of our HR team, you'll have the chance to influence and support organizational change, drive business improvement initiatives, and craft our company culture.
  • Expect to participate in international HR projects, work with leaders across the globe, and play a part in mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projects

What are the requirements?

  • A university degree
  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in HR Business partnering or HR Generalist roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Czech, both verbal and written
  • A curiosity about developing strong business relationships
  • Team player with an open mind
  • Can build and maintain strategic partnership with the business
  • Have solid legal knowledge
  • Readiness to inspire change
