Job Description
We're seeking an HR Manager who demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a forward-thinking approach.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
- You'll be more than an HR manager-you'll be a change agent
- You'll be tasked with aligning HR processes with our strategic goals, acting as the first point of contact for our leaders, and implementing various HR programs
- You'll also collaborate with HR Business Partners worldwide and management to implement organizational structures and processes in line with our strategic objectives.
- You'll be encouraged to handle everything from employee relations and performance management to compensation mentorship and talent programs.
- As a member of our HR team, you'll have the chance to influence and support organizational change, drive business improvement initiatives, and craft our company culture.
- Expect to participate in international HR projects, work with leaders across the globe, and play a part in mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projects

What are the requirements?
- A university degree
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in HR Business partnering or HR Generalist roles preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Czech, both verbal and written
- A curiosity about developing strong business relationships
- Team player with an open mind
- Can build and maintain strategic partnership with the business
- Have solid legal knowledge
- Readiness to inspire change
