As a Global MarketingCampaign Manager, you will work closely with many partners to develop strategy and implement global marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand for our Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business. You will be working in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you possess strong project management skills. Balancing multiple projects and activities simultaneously is critical. You should have the capacity to perform your work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns through a strategic and data-driven approach on tactic selection, and decision making to drive business outcomes.
  • With a focus on customer needs, develop and test creative content and messaging.
  • Collaborate with strategic and application/technical marketing teams to seamlessly incorporate their programs and content into strategic business campaigns.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign process, from strategy development, planning, execution, and present campaign performance, priorities, support needed to provide business-wide visibility and enable team members to become campaign ambassadors.
  • Identify new opportunities and innovative ways to improve campaign efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to advise campaign strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within the company to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
  • Strong project management to ensure results are completed time and on budget, can hold themselves and others accountable.
  • Handle campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and improving return on investment.
  • Travel in the field occasionally to work directly with customers, understanding their needs, gather feedback, and ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, marketing, business administration, or communications.
  • 8+ years of experience with accomplishments in marketing and/or market development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel < 20% of time
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $103,100.00-$135,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
