The job:

The Global Enterprise Relationship Lead, Corporate Accounts, will drive strategic partnerships with emerging Biotech customers. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop and implement partnership strategies, working closely with internal teams and customer executives to deliver innovative solutions.

This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or the Netherlands. Regular travel across Europe (and occasionally further afield) will be required - up to 50% of working time.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement partnership account strategies
  • Lead high-performance Account Management Teams
  • Foster deep customer engagement and remove execution barriers
  • Drive financial results and commercial execution excellence
  • Facilitate customer access and build influential relationships
  • Coordinate sophisticated deal structures using industry knowledge
  • Champion inclusive and collaborative work environments

Who we are looking for:

  • B.Sc. in a scientific field; MBA or business education preferred
  • 5+ years in senior account management/business development
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of business and financial competence
  • Passion for crafting inclusive team environments
  • Resilient and positive in dynamic business settings
  • Proficient in English with knowledge of German as an added advantage
  • Valid driving license.
