Be part of our Distributed Client Services team, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and their patients.

We are currently recruiting for a Global Client Management Team Leader position. This role involves leading a team of Enterprise Project Managers (EPM's) who serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts across different scopes and complexities within a specific customer segment. The successful candidate will establish strategic relationships and actively seek commonalities, primarily with the commercial team, Packaging Project Managers (PPM's) Team Leaders, Distribution Project Managers (DPM's) Team Leaders, and demand planning Team Leaders (if chosen by the customer), as well as other relevant services, to meet the objectives of the service line, business unit, and division. By collaborating with these teams and the customer, this team ensures the timely delivery of clinical supplies and provides harmonious customer experiences.

Your Role in that Mission:

We are seeking a Global Client Management Team Leader to lead a team of Enterprise Project Managers (EPMs) in delivering clinical supplies on schedule and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will develop strategic relationships and actively seek commonalities with different departments to meet service line, business unit, and divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team to ensure customer needs, business targets, and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with diverse collaborators to effectively implement project plans and uphold quality standards.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interview, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve results and drive process improvements.
  • Hold regular meetings to provide clear expectations and feedback.
  • Manage the Performance Management Development process, including goal setting and performance discussions.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, bringing up issues as necessary.
  • Act as an SME and participate in initiatives to optimize Client Services performance.
  • Lead project portfolios, guiding clients through the process from start to finish.
  • Take ownership of budget management, headcount planning, and business metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of standard methodologies, training, and procedures globally.
  • Provide support for customer issues and partner concerns, advocating for customer loyalty.
  • Advocate a culture of proactive continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/operations management, supply chain, or a science-related field (equivalent work experience considered).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research.
  • 3+ years of experience leading diverse teams; remote leadership preferred.
  • Expertise in clinical service management and managing complex clinical trials.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10-25%), including international travel.
