Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, No eye contacts allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated and manual chemical process equipment, conducting associated activities such as sampling, handling, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe process area to ensure flawless operations.
  • Perform manual and computer operations to manufacture chemical intermediates and finished products, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Monitor designated chemical processes to ensure safe procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Accurately record and analyze processing data to maintain process parameters within designated limits.
  • Make recommendations to improve process operations for even greater efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Receive and check raw materials and chemical intermediate deliveries, completing appropriate records.

Requirements:

  • Strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts with 7-day per week availability and overtime as needed.
