Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the formulation process for injectable products in vials, syringes, and cartridges strictly following Batch Record and current SOPs.
  • Load and unload formulation lines while strictly adhering to Batch Record and SOP guidelines.
  • Identify and label formulation product boxes/tubs with progressively numbered labels.
  • Perform unit counts of formulation quantities and accurately identify and record process-generated waste.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition, strictly following safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving flawless results.
  • Capacity to strictly adhere to protocols and procedures.
  • Ambitious and determined to successfully implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
