Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Job Summary:

Provide financial and performance management support to Finance Leaders, the Site's leadership team, and the GBS Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Directors to plan, forecast, and report spend, along with metrics tracking and labor cost analysis.
  • Financial reporting for the Center and management of annual budget.
  • Collaborate with local accounting compliance for journalizing, third-party payments, and fixed assets inventory processes.
  • Own financial performance management and critical metric reporting activities.
  • Coordinate, complete, and review month-end close processes and post-close reporting cycles.
  • Provide decision support to the GBS Program Office and management teams through routine actionable reports and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Complete headcount analysis for the Shared Service Center, including data corrections.
  • Perform entries to distribute allocations to divisions, including developing the allocation methodology and required control.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly results and forecasts.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and report the Annual Operating Plan process.
  • Take high-level direction and work independently to drive execution of department goals.
  • Conduct quarterly Indirect Travel Compliance and communicate to Sr. Management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of Financial Management experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, internal control, and technical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong business sense, ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, include third-party and internal information, and efficiently benchmark results against appropriate baselines.
  • Ability to identify and develop efficiency improvements through Practical Improvement In Execution (PPI).
  • Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills.
  • Proven history of working cross-functionally and building interpersonal relationships with customers, peers, and operating partners.
  • Ability to run multiple assignments, exercise good judgment, and prioritize projects and time.
  • Dedication to continuous learning, career progression, and seeking opportunities to stretch capabilities.
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; skills with Oracle, HFM are preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
