Position Summary:

This is a hands-on position responsible for consolidation of Revenue Forecast and other Key Financial Indicators for all Geos in the APJ level. This individual must possess the ability to work independently in a matrix environment. Strong financial system knowledge, good interpersonal skills and collaborate with Country / Divisional FP&A are key success factors for this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key Support During CLT / MBR / QBR / AOP / STRAP Reviews
  • Prepare Templates for Countries' review with Leadership Team; Drive standardization in review formats and cadences to enhance efficiency
  • Consolidate Key Financial Indicators by Countries and by Divisions; Support analysis of forecasts vs AOP/Prior Forecast for booking and revenue by Geo by Divisions
  • Prepare APJ Deck and Additional Analysis for Senior Leadership Review
  • Collaborate with Country FP&A leads to ensure accurate and timely submission of revenue forecasts and country decks on a periodic basis
  • Drive Consolidation of Key Reports like Linearity / Landing Estimates / Win Room Reports
  • Prepare financial slides for Townhalls & Business Reviews Adhoc analysis or related duties assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial systems and reporting in an MNC environment
  • Applied knowledge of business systems (e.g. Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning) would be an advantage.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure, in a complex matrix environment
  • Self-motivated and a keen learner with an inquisitive mind.
  • Good team player who is hands-on, organized and meticulous.
