Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A. This position is an outstanding chance to be part of a collaborative team driving strategic decisions and flawless execution worldwide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive analytics that spotlight important trends, variances, forecasts, and proactive analysis for the overall company. This includes analyzing key financial metrics, conducting Free Cash Flow (FCF) analysis and forecasts, examining Return on Invested Capital, and assessing Working Capital metrics.
- Present complex financial concepts and analysis to senior leadership, including the CFO, VP Financial Operations, and VP Tax & Treasury, in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a key liaison with divisional financial leaders regarding compliance with corporate FP&A requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Build, develop, and update presentation material that drives standardization across a global company, including Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Total Company QBR, and Budgeting templates.

Support end-to-end analysis for:
- Specific supporting requirements for Quarterly Earnings Calls, including Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, and Return on Invested Capital.
- Lead preparation of Division Presidents Meeting (DPM) and Finance Leadership Team (FLT) presentations
- Aid with preparation of Board of Directors and Analyst Day presentations.
Support creation of long-term and quarterly financial models and the quality control of all Corporate FP&A reporting. Analyze topics such as balance sheet, measured cash flow, and financial statement evaluation. Develop improved reporting solutions for better analytical insights and enhanced user experience.
