Location/Division Specific Information
For our Central Finance Team in Bulgaria, part of our Project Accounting Center of Excellence, we are currently hiring a Finance Coordinator, Centralized Services.
Discover Impactful Work:
On this role you will be primarily engaged across centralized end-to-end processes with focus on quality, consistency and control point across data entries and systems. Additionally, by using Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint and others the Centralized Services team focuses on efficiency and optimization where possible.)
Responsibilities:
- Oracle ERP set-up and maintenance of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) module.
- Collect, review and upload project data in Oracle, implement various updates to the data in the course of a study, review internal processes for improvement opportunities.
- CA Clarity™ PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) System set up and maintenance activities.
- Financial Unit Grid building, consolidation and loading into Clarity system.
- Data integrity activities across various systems.
- Preparation of various reporting across different segments of the business (Consolidated, Sponsor, Region and Therapeutic area).
Keys to Success:
Education:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related.
Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in a finance role preferably in a multinational environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excel literacy.
- Detailed-focused personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving demeanor.
- Balance multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work.
- Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes.
- Eagerness to work in a distributed team supporting various types of activities
