Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and collaborate with a group of exceptional professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Install and optimize hardware, software, and network product of Thermo Fisher Scientific's range of LC & LCMS instruments in professional, reliable and customer-orientated manner
• Conduct regular maintenance and support for analytical instruments.
• Provide applications support and problem-solving skills for instrument data analysis software.
• Ensure customer expectations are met while balancing business needs.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• An academic degree in science or engineering, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in analytical techniques and method development, specifically Chromatography (HPLC & MS).
• User experience in instrument data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to fix instrument-related issues.
• Strong drive to learn and expand skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
