Objective:

  • Responsible for providing onsite and remote, pre and post sales technical support of Thermo Fisher Scientific products to customers and field personnel, as well as relaying customer feedback to the organization.
  • Responsible for driving Innovation and collaboration with internal and external collaborators. Gain values for customers and ourselves, strengthen dedication of the customers.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to align with all corporate initiatives consistent with Thermo Fisher Scientific's strategic plan.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Qualifications: M.S. in immunology or life sciences or a similar field. PhD in research background includes Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, cell biology, cancer research or similar field, post-Dr. Oversea experiences are preferred.
  • More than 3 years' experience on Spatial Proteomics.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of Protein or Nuclear acid or Cell related study, e.g. ELISA, Lateral flow, CLIA, protein modification, protein purification, IP/Co-IP, western blotting, quantitative proteomics, nuclear acid isolation/purification, NGS, and cell based functional study, etc.
  • 5+ years of R&D experience in Immunodiagnostics or similar IVD field. Work experience in Biopharma, CRO, CMDO or MNC is good plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality technical support for customers directly to ensure that customers receive accurate advice on product usage.
  • Support Sales Representatives to do on-field support to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customers' inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare and present seminars to wide array of audiences including customers, potential customers, Sales Representatives and other employees as requested.
  • To identify customer opportunities, needs and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Emotional intelligence and a desire to help people and address problems are important traits. Good presentation, interpersonal skills and commercial sense, excellent communication skill to look after the scientific communication with customers.
  • Confirmed ability to quickly learn large amounts of new, sophisticated technical information.
  • High energy, excellent team spirit and the ability to work under pressure. Initiative, self-motivated, growth mindset and meticulous
