Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively
- Facilitate and lead multi-functional facilities and operations projects from inception to completion. Including construction, adaptation, and installation of new and existing facilities and equipment, while ensuring schedules and budget goals are met.
- Identify strategic projects, plan timelines for delivery and define project scopes. Simultaneously lead and support multiple construction and adaptation projects by leading cross- functional workstreams to plan and deliver results.
- Working within the guidelines of the Facilities Project Playbook - including meeting key project milestones, use of standardized processes, reporting tools and templates, and applying appropriate design guidelines.
- Align program/project goals and expectations with key partners and ensure the program implementation across workstreams and business groups. Including the corporate functions Real Estate, Security, EH&S, Quality, Risk Management, and Global Sourcing.
- Define process requirements and establish project design criteria based on engineering analysis and evaluation. Prepare detailed functional specifications.
- Prioritize and drive tasks to enable completion with minimum disruption to core activities. Collaborating with teams across the organisation to define and meet project scopes, schedules, quality targets and budgets
- Ensure compliance with local, national and international legislation and alignment with company rules and regulations (IMS and EMS).
- Work with the local/regional Environmental, Health and Safety team to ensure the buildings meet health and safety requirements/standards and legislation. Ensure the site is built and developed according to the requirements of insurance assessors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure complete equipment, building, and infrastructure documentation including up-to-date drawings, specifications, operating instructions, and maintenance records are held in a locally accessible location.
- Additional activities as requested in support of facilities objectives.

Requirements
- BSc in Engineering or a related technical field is required or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills. Plus several years of experience in leading site level facilities activities or related projects.
- Strong business digital literacy, MS Office package
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2S software
- Project Management/ Lean/6-sigma/Kaizen certification is a plus
- Proficient English and Czech communications skill

- Experience developing and leading teams with a strong dedication to organisational change, problem solving and communication.
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment with multiple customers, across differing cultures.
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands on facilities operational skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulations, codes, standards, and safety - this includes local engineering procedures and practices as applicable.
