Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Greet visitors and manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, including routine facility inspections and reporting any issues to management.
  • Complete work orders and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.

  • Building security issues and access system maintenance.
  • Receiving and shipping correspondence, distributing mail to employees.
  • Moving furniture and equipment.
  • Setting up meeting rooms.
  • May perform building or equipment maintenance tasks, including completing work orders, scheduled routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • May coordinate the purchase of supplies and manage supply inventories.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies as assigned and coordinate assigned activities with outside contractors and vendors as needed.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

    • Experience in reviewing and repairing electrical and lighting installations.
    • Experience in inspecting and controlling air conditioning units in office environments.
    • Maintenance supply inventory control.
    • Perform minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing, patching and painting, and scheduled door mechanism inspections.
    • Control of physical keys.
    • Basic knowledge of closed-circuit systems.
    • Review and maintenance of the emergency power plant.
    • Supervision of service providers.
