Job Summary:
The Facilities Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of the company's facilities, ensuring that all infrastructure and support services are running efficiently and in compliance with the company's standards and policies.
This professional works in activities related to building administration, preventive and corrective maintenance, control of outsourced services, in addition to supporting the operational needs of the various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Track and conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or maintenance needs.

• Management of Outsourced Services: Assist in the control and inspection of services provided by outsourced companies, such as cleaning, security, gardening, among others.
• Logistical Support: Offer support in internal logistics activities, such as organizing layout changes, handling spaces and supporting the realization of corporate events.
• Equipment Control: Monitor and control the use of equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order.
• Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, including contracts, technical manuals, work orders, and maintenance reports.
• Employee Service: Provide service to the company's employees, responding to requests and ensuring that infrastructure needs are met in an agile and efficient manner.
• Sustainability: Find for sustainability initiatives by promoting the efficient use of resources and ecologically responsible practices in facility operations.
Requirements:
• Complete Higher Education preferably in Civil Engineering and/or Buildings. Previous experience in the area
• Basic knowledge in building maintenance, facilities services and contract management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of facilities management tools will be a plus.
• Knowledge of performance indicators in the area
• Negotiation skills
