General/Routine Checks

  • Start up and ensure the operation of the systems serving the plant.
  • Know and strictly follow the procedures for securing the systems.
  • Monitor consumables to ensure efficient utilization and availability.

Preventive/Predictive Maintenance

  • Initiate scheduled preventive maintenance interventions by accurately filling out the related intervention forms, contributing to the optimization of the content.
  • Use the maintenance management system for recording interventions.
  • Collaborate with external technical assistance personnel on scheduled activities.

Incident Maintenance

  • Intervene to restore faults in systems even during production phases.
  • Collaborate with Managers to propose definitive solutions to recurring issues in production departments.
  • Manage external technical assistance personnel from their arrival at the company and collaborate to resolve ongoing issues.

Continuous Improvement

  • Successfully implement improvements on systems to optimize downtime and restart times.

Requirements and Qualifications

EssentialEducation/Diploma/Training

  • Technical diploma.

Technical and IT Knowledge

  • Knowledge of GMP and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and tools.
  • Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Understanding of thermodynamics.
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes, freeze-drying, and sterilization.

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar field.

Languages

  • English.
