We are currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Monza DPS site within our PDS Business Unit. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world-class company in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Restore mechanical and sensor-related faults on machines and equipment, even during production phases
- Provide technical support as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery
- Perform diagnosis and problem-solving of malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of data
- Assist production personnel in using mechanical and electronic equipment, including conducting training activities
- Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement projects to enhance machinery reliability
- Availability to work shifts is required

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in automation and high-tech production machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train others
