Job Overview
Be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Field Service team as an Engineer III. Work remotely, covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Provide outstanding customer support with a company car provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding field service support for our customers in Hospitals and Private Laboratories.
- Perform maintenance, repair and installation activities on daily basis.
- Use company Protocols and communication platforms to update team on daily basis.
- Adhere to QMS and follow process and procedures accurately.
- Remain up to date with trainings and meet work completion targets.
- Collaborate closely with customers to determine their needs and communicate to Internal teams.
- Strictly adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Apply strong communication skills to offer clear and concise technical support.
- Manage flexible work schedules to accommodate customer availability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years field service experience.
- Background in electronics or biomedical engineering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work around customer availability.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
