半導体市場における電気不良解析のフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します。

主な業務は発光解析(OFI: Optical Fault Isolation)及び発熱解析(LIT: Lock-in Thermal)システムのアプリケーションエンジニアとして、日本国内のお客様が抱える不良解析の課題解決をサポートして頂きます。また、発熱解析装置のデモンストレーションを担当して頂きます。

技術的な課題への取り組み以外では、社内のマーケティング、セールス、サービス部門と協力して、より良い顧客体験を提供して頂きます。

半導体業界のお客様に貢献できるポジションに関心が高い方を歓迎します。

業務内容:次の業務を、自律的に取組んでいただきます

  • 発光解析及び発熱解析装置のフィールドサポート
  • 装置インストレーション及びトレーニングを含む顧客サポート
  • 発熱解析装置のデモンストレーション
  • お客様が抱える電気解析の課題解決のサポート
  • アプリケーションスペシャリストとして、セールス部門のサポート
  • 製品開発部門やマーケティング部門へのフィードバック、等

必須要件

  • 電気・電子、半導体物理学の知識
  • 装置の機械的な知識と操作の実務経験
  • 国内及び場合により海外への出張(年間約20-30%)

The EFA (Electrical Fail Analysis) Field Applications Engineer responsibility is to succeed Lock-In Thermal Emission demo and to make our customers successful in addressing product failure through the employment of Lock-In Thermal Emission and Optical Fault Isolation (OFI) on our ELITE and Meridian platforms. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working closely with customers and travel then this is the position for you! You will partner with our customers and internal teams of product development, marketing and sales in order to achieve success

The ideal candidate is dedicated, pro-active, being able to work independently:

  • Conduct/coordinate customer demos, installation and customer application support included customer training.
  • Support sales activity by being the technical partner and application specialist
  • Understand and further develop customer requirements and system/application improvements and feedback to marketing and product development teams.

Required:

  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Solid State Physics.
  • Be mechanically adept and hands on in operating instrument.
  • Be able to travel domestic and occasionally abroad; 20-30%.

Preferred:

  • BA degree in Physics, Engineering, or Semiconductor related field.
  • Experience in Semiconductor Failure Analysis, especially electrical Failure Analysis.
  • Experience with LIT, OFI and/or Fail Analysis system.
  • Experience in testing of Semiconductor device.
  • Experience in computer programing.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve.
