Responsibilities:

  • Determine the control system requirements and specifications for new projects
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with teams from different areas to design and develop top-notch automation systems.
  • Implement and commission control systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Address and resolve any issues or malfunctions with current control systems
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing control systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during the design and implementation processes
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI/SCADA Systems (Allen-Bradley or Similar)
  • Familiarity with various technologies, including industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams
  • Strong drive to deliver outstanding results

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $100,000.00-$130,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
