How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and TOSCA automation testing, particularly within the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications by designing and executing test plans, test scripts, and end to end execution. This role requires ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

 Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
 Execute manual test cases and report defects, ensuring they are accurately documented and tracked
 Perform Functional, Regression, Integration testing
 Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other key stakeholders to understand the requirements and identify test scenarios
 Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud
 Validate Salesforce customization, configuration and integration with other systems
 Strong knowledge in TOSCA automation Framework
 Ability to fix and maintain the automation suite
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated testing process

Education

 Master's degree in computer science engineering from an accredited university (desired not required)
 Bachelor's degree with major in computer science engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university (preferred)

Experience

 5 to 8 years' experience in Salesforce applications, automation knowledge - TOSCA
 Experience in development model: Agile/waterfall
 Great attitude towards learning new things and taking on any kind of tasks
 Analytical skills, Attention to details, Ability to work in a team as well as an individual

Non-technical Qualifications

 Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do "what it takes" to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of demands on data integration
 Understanding of Testing methodology and actual experience writing functional and regression test design specifications.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams.
 Must be able to work cross-functionally. Above all else, must be equal parts data-driven and results-driven.
