Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As an Engineer II, Software Quality Assurance, you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring the outstanding quality of our software solutions. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including:

  • Performing detailed testing and documentation for all changes and improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with business group scrum teams and IT teams (BAs, Technical & Functional teams) to ensure flawless testing and documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining test suites in partnership with the E1 Functional team.
  • Managing and updating test automation scripts to ensure they remain current.
  • Identifying test scope and crafting test scripts from requirements and design documents.
  • Leading complex projects, implementing standard methodologies, and ensuring accurate scope identification, test script design, defect tracking, coordination, and reporting.
  • Completing change management testing for improvements and demands, and developing and completing test cases during testing.
  • Providing support in feasibility studies and design reviews.
  • Learning and contributing to automation maintenance using tools like Tricentis TOSCA.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of E1 implementation experience in large and complex transformations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college/university; MBA or MTech or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in test management tools like MicroFocus ALM, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of PMF Framework, SDLC roles, and responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
