- Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and successfully implement solutions.
- Conduct Installation, preventative maintenance and repairs on SEM/SDM tools
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

To thrive in this position, you should possess ambition, a strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated history of success in customer service.
Education
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mechanical, electronic, automation or related
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Experience working with scientific equipment especial SEM/ is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English listening, reading and writing
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various customer environments, including laboratories and research facilities.
