In this position, you will have an important role in advancing research, addressing intricate scientific problems, and promoting technological progress. You will be accountable for providing outstanding field service assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our advanced scientific instruments.

• Determine root causes of instrument failures and implement successful solutions
• Collaborate with teams from different departments to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration of instruments
• Provide world-class customer service, building strong relationships with clients
• During the visits to propose our products and services, as well as to provide guidance on new equipment and services
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Technical bachelor's degree, advanced technical degree or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar role
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lead priorities
• Driver license and availability to travel
• Spanish and English proficient
