Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service support for GC, GC-Analyzers, and GCMS product lines.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instruments to ensure efficient performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and qualification services to prevent downtime.
  • Strictly adhere to service protocols and documentation requirements.
  • Successfully implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage service schedules and travel to customer sites across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
  • Train and support customers to improve their operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in ECE / Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining GC, GC-Analyzers, and GCMS instruments.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a diverse customer base.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Determined to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with pharmaceutical, academic, or government clients.
  • Familiarity with Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
  • Certifications in relevant technical fields.

This role is critical for maintaining our growing installed base of 238 instruments and meeting the high expectations of our pharma, academia, and government customers. Your contributions will directly impact our commercial success and customer happiness.
