Responsibilities:
- Independently perform TEM maintenance and installation in North China.
- Continuously and proactively improve tool acceptance.
- Understand and communicate with customers to address their service needs and challenges. Develop offline campaigns to explore new marketing opportunities and innovate service revenue.
- Collaborate actively, closely, and efficiently with other functional teams and the commercial team.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Material, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry. Equivalent experience in the field will also be considered.
- At least 1+ years of service experience in AIG companies.
- Strong organizing and executive ability.
- Level of travel required: >60%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TEM and SEM operational experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good personal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and garner support from all levels.
- Willingness to accept challenges and demonstrate strong courage.
