Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform TEM maintenance and installation in North China.
  • Continuously and proactively improve tool acceptance.
  • Understand and communicate with customers to address their service needs and challenges. Develop offline campaigns to explore new marketing opportunities and innovate service revenue.
  • Collaborate actively, closely, and efficiently with other functional teams and the commercial team.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Material, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry. Equivalent experience in the field will also be considered.
  • At least 1+ years of service experience in AIG companies.
  • Strong organizing and executive ability.
  • Level of travel required: >60%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TEM and SEM operational experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Good personal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and garner support from all levels.
  • Willingness to accept challenges and demonstrate strong courage.
