  • Business Overview: As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, periodic inspections, delivery, sales promotion of customer service items, and customer training for the analyzers manufactured and sold by our company.
  • Job Responsibilities: Conduct inspections, repairs, and deliveries at customer sites, as well as associated clerical work. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Our main customers are metal manufacturers throughout Japan.
  • Required Experience/Skills: Ability to communicate directly and indirectly with relevant parties inside and outside the company. Proficiency in handling general tools. General computer knowledge. Must hold a regular driver's license and be able to drive a car daily. Ability to read manuals in English. There may be a need to communicate in English with overseas factories.
  • Desired Experience/Skills: Experience as an analytical instrument service engineer, with expertise in application support. Work experience at pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturers or research institutes, and experience using FT-IR/Raman instruments.
