Location: West Greenwich, RI

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm (can be flexible)

Pay: $27-30/hr depending on experience

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive excellence in the Maximo work order system in Process Development through SLA adherence, compliance, and planning of asset work orders.

What will you do?

  • In client's validated system [Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo], efficiently and accurately develop and plan work orders for non GMP assets to meet or exceed all contracted performance metrics and to align with client request or PD procedures
  • Verify and route work orders varying by work type, client request, or PD requirements
  • Ensure data integrity of all work order information
  • Coordinates vendor, mechanic, electrician and/or instrumentation support for installation, maintenance, calibration, and/or troubleshooting
  • Provide data/information as needed to support internal and external audits
  • Generate and modify Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with varying ranges of datasets to catalog vital updates to system data

How will you get here?

Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to include drug screening.

Education:

  • GED or high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree, knowledge of the biotechnology industry is helpful

Experience: 2+ yrs of experience in the following:

  • Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred
  • Proven understanding of work order management system (Maximo) preferred
  • Customer service
  • Digital literacy

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to consistently follow detailed procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and experience using other computer software programs
  • Proven excellence in customer service
