Email Marketing Manager

This will be a site based postion. Preferred locations are Waltham, MA; Pittsburgh, PA or Indianapolis, IN.

We are searching for an Email Marketing Manager with exceptional skills to join our esteemed Email Marketing team in the Biosciences Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a crucial member of our team, you will have the chance to mold and implement our email marketing strategy, fostering customer engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Market Development Managers in developing comprehensive content strategies for B2B and B2C email campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Optimize campaign performance by conducting A/B testing, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and web engagement rates.
  • Monitor project performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Lead audience innovation project helping advance our targeting strategies in Adobe Experience Platform Support Divisions Account Based Marketing initiatives including building segmentation & guiding communication
  • Maintain relevant documentation throughout the project lifecycle including documenting segmentation, the content journey and optimizations made while active.
  • Develop training material for market development managers on email best practices including guides, workshops and video recordings
  • Collaborate with email operations team to prioritize and assign projects each sprint
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Email Analyst to provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and suggesting areas for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 6+ year experience in marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in developing "drip" / automated campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Flawless attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free communications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and time-sensitive atmosphere.
