Located in Bangalore, India, you will work closely with Marketing and Product managers in the U.S., applying your expertise to deliver exceptionally targeted and successful campaigns.

  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign set-up, scheduling, A/B testing, tagging, and deployment of dynamic data-driven campaigns.
  • Lead the creation and execution of promotional, lifecycle, and transactional email programs for our customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and email execution.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to develop urgent internal and external communications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Channel/Content Enablement, to support brand and sales goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on email tactics and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage email marketing promotional calendar and send schedule.
  • Implement email list hygiene rules to ensure efficient deliverability and avoid being added to a blocking list.
  • Use various data sources and technology to achieve incremental growth.
  • Maintain accurate email dashboards for all levels of management, delivering both metrics and insights.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related major required.

Experience

Required

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience setting up, implementing, and measuring batch email campaigns using Unica Campaign.
  • Proven ability with a major ESP (Email Service Provider) such as Responsys, Exact Target, Cheetahmail, or IBM Silverpop / Acoustic Eloqua. Experience with Eloqua required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency working with Eloqua.
  • 4-5 years of email content marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large and sophisticated sets of data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including goal setting and performance leadership.
  • Knowledge of HTML and hands-on experience with HTML editing tools like Atom, Sublime, or Dreamweaver.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, TRIM, and Pivot Tables.
