Job Description

Documentation Officer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Goods Entry Team to verify the accurate completion of all attachments, forms, checklists, and other documentation required for storage and customer management activities.
  • Evaluate any anomalies in the incoming phase and open non-conformities on the Track Wise system when necessary.
  • Collaborate with different Quality departments to investigate the underlying reasons behind anomalies and communicate with customers for clarification.
  • Perform GMP verification of the forms accompanying customer samples sent by departments.
  • Prepare all incoming documentation before customer audits, ensuring its accuracy in collaboration with QS and Goods Entry Team.

Documentation Officer Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies or inaccuracies in documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and track and trace software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
