Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities within the Nordics region, improve the sales team's performance, and coordinate business strategies to meet revenue targets through the sales team.
  • Develop management processes for effective sales strategy execution, sales team recruitment and training, and relationship management with collaborators, customers, and partners. Accurately forecast product sales and revenue.
  • Develop and implement detailed plans to achieve sales and revenue goals, negotiate new and renewal contracts, manage contract pricing, and coordinate expenses and travel.
  • Collaborate with multiple divisions on mutual growth initiatives and participate in strategic market research.

Accountability and Scope of Authority: Reporting to the North Region Director of Sales, you will lead the Core Research Field sales team in the Nordics region. You will collaborate closely with Technical Sales Specialist teams and other division within the organisation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Post Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Extensive field sales experience; sales management or team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of principles, methods, and applications relevant to core research fields.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, strong telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, strong written and oral communication skills, and outstanding presentation skills for technical and sales-related materials.
  • Ability to compile and analyse customer feedback, work independently, make data-driven decisions, and influence a team environment.
