Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Systematically develop our understanding of customer use cases and high value challenges, own and update the applications' roadmap to guide product strategy and development projects
  • Prioritise tasks for the team of applications experts, develop execution plans, and foster a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Act as an integrator, champion "one mission, one team" approach between geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with partners in R&D, AT, field staff and customers to deliver world-class solutions to the semiconductor market
  • Role model and drive a culture of intensity and eagerness to win!
  • Provide mentorship to your team and drive professional development to ensure our continued market leadership!

Requirements:

  • PhD in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an applications role in semiconductor metrology or failure analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Track record of effectively employing applications expertise to generate business value
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to process complex data and create actionable information
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
