Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain function, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure that supply chain activities are in line with the overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and robust supply chain network.
  • Apply proven strategies and widely accepted methods to improve supply chain efficiency and stay ahead in the market.
  • Lead and nurture a supply chain team that consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and innovative thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.
  • At least 10 years in supply chain management, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience and the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Consistent track record of effectively leading projects and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Extensive understanding of supply chain principles, proven strategies, and evolving trends such as capacity planning.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems, ASAP a plus
  • Maturing SIOP

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Tennessee is $145,500.00-$218,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
