Summary:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their dynamic team of marketing professionals. This role is part of the Chemical Analysis Digital Marketing Operations COE and reports to the Digital Marketing Supervisor in India. You will collaborate with colleagues to identify business goals and use digital marketing technologies and data to improve marketing content and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our culture of data-driven continuous improvement by interpreting digital program metrics and adjusting execution to produce better results.
  • Collaborate with corporate digital marketing colleagues to enhance our division's access to the company's technology stack and internal experts; participate in pilot programs.
  • Work with divisional marketing teams to create and implement marketing automation campaigns that enable new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan and build website sections/pages that improve customer engagement and conversion to sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in planning digital campaigns and selecting digital marketing channels.
  • Implement testing and experimentation that drives improved performance metrics from digital channels.
  • Understand the fundamentals of search engine optimization and use your expertise to increase content visibility.
  • Build and maintain HTML templates for emails, landing pages and forms.
  • Segment and leverage marketing CRM databases for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
  • Work with a variety of digital marketing and CRM tools and systems, including but not limited to: Eloqua, Adobe CQ5, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce.com.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business information systems, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years using Eloqua, or similar marketing automation system, such as Marketo, Pardot or Silverpop.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, Java Script and CSS strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe CQ or similar content management system preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, salesforce.com preferred.
  • High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated, results-orientated and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and independent, self-starter.
  • Proficient knowledge of modern digital marketing standard processes.
  • Ability to work effectively and influence others in a matrix environment.
