How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate/analyze the existing PSG Global Quality Sharepoint site for logic, ease of navigation, continuity, and structure.
- Redesign the site for "natural" flow, ease of navigation, simplicity, and logic with respect to Global Quality structure and mission.
- Work with the Global Quality functional leaders to identify relevant/priority content for publication, sources, and owners.
- Work with team members to define an efficient process (incorporating automation or AI, where possible) for maintenance of content and sustainability.

Start Date: This internship is set to begin on either May 12th or June 16th, 2025 for a duration of 10-12 weeks - dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Quality internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here?
- Undergraduate student completing an Business, Communications or Engineering related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
- 0 years of work experience required, previous digital content management
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML5, Share Point, JavaScript, Adobe Experience Manager, Image Editing (Photoshop, Canva),sharepoint preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead discussions/workshops to brainstorm ideas and concepts and develop site structure or pages.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to develop streamlined, clear presentations and effectively present project scope, objectives, and results.
- Partnership and collaboration skills to identify and develop a core team, to drive alignment and consensus.
- Project management skills, including project planning, achievement tracking, and time and resource management.
