How will you make an impact?

We are now looking for a Development Engineer to strengthen our team, Diagnostic Sample Unit (DSU. The team currently consists of 14 people and is responsible for our human sample fluids (serum and plasma samples).

This includes everything from establishing new supplier contacts, purchasing and screening, to handling and manufacturing samples. The samples are then used in the development and control of our allergy diagnostic products.

What will you do?

  • Ensure that incoming samples are registered in our internal laboratory data system
  • Be responsible for samples being analyzed using our Phadia instruments
  • Compile and analyze data and work in the lab with the production and delivery of samples that are later used for quality control and development of our products.
  • Actively participate in the team's quality work and development.

What will you need?

  • College/university education in the field of natural sciences, specifically Biomedical science, biology, or biochemistry.
  • Knowledge of allergy/immunology or the company's products and test systems.
  • Experience of quality management systems
  • To enjoy hands-on work as well as compiling and analyzing data
  • Quality-conscious and meticulous way of working and good ability to prioritize and plan work efficiently and in a structured manner
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and priorities
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written).

Experience of using SAP, LIMS and/or Excel is considered as a benefit.
