We are seeking an eBusiness EDI Developer II to join our Information Technology team. This role is critical in driving B2B channel growth through the expansion and optimization of B2B connections. You will work directly with customers, commercial operations and IT teams to implement and support B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B channel growth by launching new B2B connections and optimizing existing ones.
  • Build, update, and support trading partners' EDI mapping requirements effectively.
  • Document business processes and internal systems from an EDI perspective, understand EDI integrations, and perform transaction monitoring.
  • Manage small to custom B2B integration projects, acting as the technical project lead.
  • Analyze EDI, CXML specifications, and data requirements from customers.
  • Assist in testing and implementing EDI translation maps.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to develop and test new or modified systems.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners during the implementation and hypercare periods.
  • Develop and maintain communication links with trading partners and coordinate integration of information.
  • Provide support for B2B operations, including auditing transactional data and handling error messages.
  • Work with vendors for B2B integration needs.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, including working with distributed team members.
  • Proven experience in developing relationships with multiple customer functions, including Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ability to see improvement opportunities and address them with creative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Capability to handle various assignments in a fast-paced organization.
  • Solid grasp of customer procurement systems and practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with B2B eCommerce and/or eProcurement Systems.
  • Proficiency in webMethods Integration Server, Developer/Designer, Trading Network, UM, and MWS is required, along with equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in EDI Transactions Mapping (B2B and EAI) with X12, XML, IDOC, Flat File, and database integration in WebMethods.
  • Experience implementing AS2, HTTP(s), FTP, SFTP, and delivery channels for data transmission.
  • Experience in EDI mapping between source and target formats.
  • Experience in EDI maps development and Unit, Integration, and System Testing.
  • BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant work experience in the technical field.
