Job Description

Position Overview:

The job of a Data Delivery Lead is to perform data production and development of client and white label dashboards of the Provider Insight studies in Tableau, supporting day-to-day activities, ensuring timely response and high-quality deliverables.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when working towards deadlines are crucial for the role.

The person will be responsible to professionally carry out tasks required for the research study and follow instructions to ensure that the project objectives are met on-time and with very high quality.

  • Support the PI - Project Management Team in the dashboard development and data publication for a variety of multi-country research studies.
  • Maintains high quality and effective project internal status reporting.
  • Performs quality control checks for questionnaires, surveys, data, coding of open ends, and data QC.
  • Support the Team in in the overall execution of the research project customer delivery to meet the established targets for scope, quality and schedule.
  • Develops and maintains good professional communication with internal co-workers and external resources to ensure good communication and smooth project execution.
  • Works in research study design as per Provider Insight guidelines, collaborates in quality control, analysis, reporting, client dashboard development and data publication.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and/or external suppliers to establish the project schedule and assignments ensuring compliance to our high-quality standards.

Job Complexity

Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, in resourceful and effective ways, requiring considerable judgment and initiative.

Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Supervision Received

Receives instruction on prioritization of daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Business Relationships

Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments, and / or representing outside organizations (clients). Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data within Provider Insights projects scope.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.
  • Tableau expertise required (designer level).
  • Experienced with data curation and understanding of complex data sets.
  • Research experience (desired)

  • Strong attention to detail and skill with numbers

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Work is performed remotely.
  • Potential Occasional travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stationary for 4-6 hours per day.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Occasional mobility required.
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • May interact with others, relating and gathering sensitive information. Interaction includes diverse groups.
  • Works with guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions from management. May require periods of intense concentration.
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Ability to perform under stress. Ability to multi-task.
