Position Overview:

Join our Serviceability team as a Service Readiness Automation Intern and gain hands-on experience in exploring data, developing interactive data visualizations, generating actionable insights, and communicating findings to team members. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, develop technical skills, and make meaningful contributions to our organization's success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in sustaining and improvement of existing reports.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Engage in communication with end users and assist in training to ensure accurate interpretation and utilization of reports.
  • Document processes and methodologies for report development and maintenance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferrably in areas such as IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn, great work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate or DAX is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
