A day in the life:
- As an employee in Customer Service (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supervision and control of the complete order processing with the corresponding specialist departments.
- You will act as an interface to the customer and taking over the telephone and written customer support as well as processing incoming customer enquiries while ensuring high quality customer service.
- You will be responsible for handling customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Moreover we are offering a customized customer service where you can make a difference in evaluating the individual customer requirements and forwarding to the responsible department.
- Within our customer service department we also over the opportunity to work on Europe-wide projects and, in collaboration with the relevant departments, provide our customers with a first-class customer service experience.
- As part of a team, you will be carefully instructed in your tasks and have the opportunity to develop yourself further.
The keys to success:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification or professional experience
- Ability to recognize and solve problems, as well as multitasking even under time pressure
- Independence in carrying out everyday work and solving problems
- High written and oral communication skills in German, English and French
