Working in a small team, you will handle the entire process of order monitoring and entry.

A Day in the Life:

• In close relationship with your local sales and service team, you will enter orders from our Thermo Fisher Scientific customers.

• Review specifications and attached documentation, highlighting clauses that deviate from company regulations.

• Gather all necessary information and review final documentation in close cooperation with your sales colleagues.

• Monitor the order to meet customer timelines, from submission to the head office to electronic invoicing.

• Update the Customer Service database to monitor the process and results.

Keys to Success: Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

• Italian as a first language, fluent written and spoken English.

• Commercial or similar education.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Italian procurement process.

• Knowledge of the SAP management system.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to make decisions.

• Strong social skills with the ability to build and manage relationships and effectively communicate at all management levels, as well as build working collaborations outside the team.
