  • Tender Preparation: Prepare, review, and submit tender documents with strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Tender Alignment: Ensure all tenders align with company policies and tender requirements.
  • Tender Tracking: Track tender progress and outcomes, maintaining up-to-date tendering portals.
  • Tender Coordination: Coordinate the collection of tender documents, organize meetings and events.
  • Tender Documentation: Maintain electronic records, update spreadsheets, and handle a filing system.
  • Tender Communication: Coordinate communication across the bid team and provide general administrative support.
  • Tender Quality Control: Support the formatting and quality control of the bid and tender submissions.
  • Tender SPOC/Coordinator: The SPOC (Single Point of Contact)/coordinator is the central contact that serves in most cases as the first contact. This is to ensures a structured and efficient flow of information internally and externally and therefore plays a critical role in service optimisation and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Highly diligent and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in tender administration or a similar role.
