Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement flawless solutions for customers including tenders and projects
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions escalating when required.
  • Actively seek out ways to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively implement necessary improvements.
  • Compete with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
