• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively and time management.
• Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
